Calling All Sister Cities' Videos for State Dept Competition Sister Cities International is asking all local sister cities programs to participate in this Department of State video contest. The theme of the competition is: "My Culture + Your Culture = ? Connecting Through Difference: Share your Story."

Administered Grants
